added a designs page for all the nifty designs Bryan had done over the years. Threw the first five up that I could find. There's lots more to grab.
finished Trout Fishing in South-Central Wisconin and Byun-o-Matic | This Island Earth.
working on Trout Fishing in Southcentral Wisconin. Found and finished El Sabor Asiatico (a tumblr site . . .though the archive via archive.org was incomplete and couldn't find it anywhere else).
finished all the Dear God Damn Diary entries. ¡Santa Vaca! No mp3 downloads/streams available from the mix tapes, but hopefully people will find the music elsewhere and enjoy.
finished How Did This Get Written?.
finally finished 2003's Dear Goddamn Diary entries. had to be close to 300 of them. woo! would normally not put them all on one page, but because the images were optimized in the early 2000s they don't create much of an issue for today's hardware. huh. maybe keep it all on one page just to show how prolific Bryan was that year.
still (still (still)) working on dear god damn diary but at least it's 2004.
still (still) working on dear god damn diary. added fiction slam, best loved tales for unloved children, hoooey, and the fish and the chips.
still working on dear god damn diary (2003 was as big year for bryan blogging-wise!). changed up the order and placing for blogs - put the bigger ones in the top section and the smaller ones in the bottom section
added thots on bryan, a place for everyone to ruminate and reminisce about Bryan.
finished sham, dear kurt vonnegut, hey zeus, and 1998
finished cleaning las vegas (again)....added a dozen or so extra posts and all the comment....also again - so much more content with what Hannah found....excellent.
didn't find anymore asian bastard in the backups...gonna keep looking for more.
finished after hours. so much more content with what Hannah found....excellent.
Hannah found a bunch of older archive-y site stuff. Going through it. Looks like mostly early- and mid-2000s. Redoing the after hours blog with one of Bryan's designs for the site and LOTS of posts...will be/am including drafts and comments.
in the previous changelog post i was lamenting the lack of comix available on archive.org....i think i'll be able to find most of them in the archive material Hannah sent. Yippe!
put up asian bastard blog. sad that it's missing so many of the "comix" that didn't get saved on internet archive's wayback machine. very happy to find one of the first things i remember reading by Bryan (and one of the funniest things i've ever read . . . still . . . which says what, exactly, about me)? Olive Garden Review.
put up the after hours and edward ives blogs.
updated this changelog (so meta!) so it would work better on phones.
figured out hosting. yippee. bryanbyun.org is live. created heh / meh / feh and cleaning las vegas. added contact info on bottom of home page.
created index page and moved changelog to its own page. purchased bryanbyun.org domain name. trying to figure out the github pages hosting now. ugh.
created main blog page, redflesh page, metagrar page, the miserabilist page, and god and a bottle page.
created Edward Sung's Holiday Special page and uploaded files to archive.org and google drive. Found some more Drive to Place and Salad Days. Added them. Trying to find more descriptions for Drive to Place podcast episodes on archive.org - no go so far. Alphabetized the podcast on the made podcast page.
created Drive to Place page and uploaded files to archive.org and google drive.
created The Salad Days page and uploaded files to archive.org and google drive.
created hodor, awkward gold, and stave it off pages and uploaded files to archive.org and google drive.
are there more podcast files? the internet archive seems to have a couple years' worth more listed.
created podcasts main page - https://baki.cc/bryan/podcasts.html - and tv party tonite page - https://baki.cc/bryan/podcast.tv.party.tonite.html - (and this changelog on the index page here - https://baki.cc/bryan/index.html). those links will, of course, change, once there's proper hosting and url.
two places for archiving audio and video - internet archive and google drive. i was originally going to use internet archive and youtube but boy howdy is youtube a pain in the tush to use and they want a driver's license/passport image? silly youtube. might also be a problem with some of the music in the shows there. the internet archive links lives here - https://archive.org/details/@bsb_archives - and the google drive link lives, well, on google drive under the account archivesbsb.
the first archive test of tv party tonite on internet archive here - https://archive.org/details/tv.party.tonite - and on google drive here - https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1TzFmNJr_v5sEjoIZ5OHFx2BOqDQMZhZz.
given the static nature of the content, i thought doing the oldest posts on top made the most sense - easier to go through it all scrolling top to bottom.
