Bathroom Break, Boss? is a website dedicated to that greatest of American pastimes -- griping about work! It was created as a haven for people who want to bitch about work on their personal sites, but either need anonymity or simply can't bring themselves to vent at full force on their own sites. After all, people don't necessarily come to a person's weblog or journal to hear them bitch about work -- but if you're a regular visitor to this site, it's because you love hearing this stuff! Therefore, at BBB you are encouraged to gripe, piss, moan, complain, stew, rant...let it all flow free.

By the way, the title "Bathroom Break, Boss?", for those who don't recognize it, comes from the film The Shawshank Redemption. To me, it says everything that needs to be said about the workplace.
